Arrival by Ferry from Split

The easiest way to reach the island is by ferry from Split.

  • Ferry route: Split – RogaÄŤ
  • Travel time: approximately 50–60 minutes
  • Transportation: available by car or as a pedestrian

Ferries run several times a day; we recommend checking the schedule in advance (Jadrolinija).

Directions to the villa from the RogaÄŤ port

When you arrive in RogaÄŤ:

  • Villa Margareta is less than 1 km from the ferry port

  • It takes about 2–3 minutes by car or 10–15 minutes on foot to reach the villa

Note: The directions below apply to the winter traffic schedule. During the summer, after exiting the ferry, you cannot turn left along the coast, so you must continue on the bypass toward Grohota and then head back down toward RogaÄŤ. You can view the route here

Directions:

  • After exiting the ferry, follow the road along the coast

  • Drive toward the center of Rogač

  • Continue straight along the sea (Sv. Tereza Coast)

  • The villa is located in the first row by the sea, on the right side


Arriving by plane

The nearest airport is Split Airport (SPU), located approximately 40 km away.

We also offer a private transfer to and from the airport by boat.

Continuing your journey:

  • Airport → Split (taxi, Uber, or bus)

  • Split → RogaÄŤ (ferry)


  • RogaÄŤ → Villa Margareta (on foot or by taxi)

Arriving without a car

If you are traveling without a car:

  • From Split, board the ferry as a pedestrian


  • Upon arrival in RogaÄŤ:
    • you can walk to the villa
    • or take a local taxi

Villa Margareta offers:

  • private parking right next to the villa
  • parking is free and reserved for guests

Additional Tips

We recommend that you:

  • check the ferry schedule in advance, especially during peak season


  • During the summer months, arrive at the port at least 30–45 minutes before departure (if traveling by car)


  • For easier navigation, you can use Google Maps (enter “Villa Margareta Rogač”)
